1 Please rate how important you think job site safety is (on a 1 to 10 scale). Be honest.
2 Did you know that you have to be trained by a supervisor in ladder safety BEFORE you use one on the job site?
3 Did you know that your supervisor has to be trained in how to train you in ladder safety (if you use ladders routinely)?

5 OPTION: go to the docs tab and read the last page of the Cal OSHA Pocket Guide to the Construction Industry chapter on ladders. This will show you what is required in your safety training. If you do this, select 'successful' when you are done.
