6 olive oil : olive oil Generic   2 Tablespoon
7 Yogurt : plain, low fat, 12 grams protein per 8 ounce Generic   1 Cup

1 Blend 3 tablespoons of sesame seed paste.
2 Blend 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
3 Mince A teaspoon of garlic.
4 Blend A 1/4 cup of lemon juice.
5 Blend A 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seed.
6 Blend A dash of salt.
7 Blend Drain and add 1 can of chick peas (garbanzo beans).
8 Blend A 1/4 cup of yogurt. (Note: this is the secret ingredient!)
9 Blend Put all ingredients into your food processor.
10 Blend Blend your ingredients.
11 Put your Hummus in a bowl and enjoy!
