Step 1

Think about the movies you've watched as part of the trail, 'Turning Heartache into Triumph'.

What was the main character's stumbling block, and what did they do to remove it?

Step 2

Do you have anything in common with the main character?

If so, what?

If not, what made you relate to one of the movies more than the others?

Step 3

If you're aware of positive traits you share with the character you described, then how are you using those traits in your everyday life?

Step 4

List as many of your positive traits as you can think of besides what you may have in common with the main character of a movie.

Step 5

Keeping your positive qualities in mind, consider one bold move you can do in the next 24 hours where you will have to use at least one of your best attributes.

This move should make you feel stretched and a little uncomfortable but you know you have a good change of pulling it off. Think big here but not crazy big.

Step 6

As you head out today, pause to consider something very important.
