Step 1

Today's task is about having fun.

Why? Because we need it. We thrive on happiness. We bond over shared experiences. Laughter is one of life's great pleasures.

We strongly believe that you need someone in your life who breaks through your barriers and makes you laugh with unrestrained joy.

Go to the video icon and enjoy the clip. Let us know how much you laughed when you've finished.

Step 2

Do you have friends who make you laugh until it hurts? These are friends who know how to make you LOL until your eyes tear up - just good, clean, belly laughs and maybe even a nose snort.

If you already have that kind of a friend, then go do something fun with the person today. You'll know you're enjoying yourself when the laughter bubbles right up out of you.

If you don't have that person in your life, then are you willing to let down your guard, put yourself out there and get to know people until that 'LOL' friend comes along? The sound of your own laughter will tip you off that you're on target.
