Did you spend time alone yesterday?

Step 2

If so, what did you do and how did it make you feel?

If not, keep going with the steps. However, will you commit to taking the time to spend that hour alone for reflection?

If there's a reason that's preventing you from doing so, please write about it in the space below.

Step 3

There's a way to hang onto that feeling you had if you spent time alone and it made you feel pretty good.

Try this.

Envision yourself as you've always wanted to be, as the person you know you were meant to be.

What does that person look like?

How do you treat yourself?

How do you relate to others?

What kind of people are in your life and how do they treat you?

What feelings do you have when you think of your life like this?

Step 4

One of the keys to becoming the person you're meant to be is to keep an image in your mind of you as that person.

Take time throughout the day to think about the image of the yourself. It's important.
