  • There are a few points you'll need to take with you as you complete this segment of your journey.

    First, don't struggle alone.

Keep in touch with people who support you. Talk to them. Be honest with them. Hear them out. They're on your side and can see things about you that you can't see when you're in the middle of a struggle.

We're part of that support, so feel welcome to redo the guidance from "Triumph" when you feel the struggle coming on. We can help.

How much confidence do you have when it comes to sharing your struggles with others who could help?
  • As you continue identifying your strengths, you're only going to keep getting stronger, smarter, more creative and wiser.

Your positive attributes are going to continue to grow and bring out the best in you and others.

Understand your choices around pursuing the best thing about you - or the tragedy of not pursuing it.

Go to the 'demo' tab and watch the clip from the 2017 film, "Wonder Woman". You've seen it before. See it again from the place you're in now vs. Day 1. Then tell us how much more confidence you have since you began "Turning Heartache into Triumph".
  • Wrestle when you feel tempted to believe hurtful things about yourself and your life.

Wrestle with the truth that you are not your circumstances.

Wrestle that as a person you are the opposite of your stressful situation.

Wrestle until you believe the truth and feel better about yourself and your circumstances.

How do you feel about wrestling with your inner thoughts until the best part of you wins?
  • Find a place to test your positive attributes, such as a job or internship that you're really interested in, a community service project, finish your high school diploma, certificate or your college degree. Or join a bigger mission like the military or the National Guard!

Which one of those are you doing now?
Which one will you start doing?
  • Did this guidance improve your confidence that you can turn your past heartache into a life that feels triumphant?

On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest, where would you place yourself at this point? Select your response.
  • As you exit "Triumph", we'd like to share our hopes for you:

May you have hope for all your tomorrows. Each day as the sun comes up, we hope you gain courage to view the new day with optimism - a new start, a new chance, a new victory.

We hope your struggles result in triumph for you and become a source of inspiration that others will see and gain strength for themselves to overcome their own burdens.

We hope you grow confidently into the man or woman you were destined to become.

We hope you feel loved always.

We hope you feel respected, most of all by yourself.

We hope you experience more joy than you ever thought possible.

We hope you live the next stage of your life with a sense of stability, hope and anticipation of the good to come.

Tell us how our hopes landed with you.
  • When you've finished, go to the 'unscheduled' tab and select the "Triumph" checklist.

You can schedule it as often as you like - once a week is preferred. It should help you maintain the momentum you've gained from doing this guidance.

    Will you schedule it?
  • Go to the 'unscheduled tab' again and select "Worthy of Respect" to continue on your journey.
  • Do you think someone else could benefit from this kind of "GPS"?

If so, please feel welcome to share the link by going to the 'Course' tab above and then select the 'Share' tab.
