An assessment is a single test that evaluates the success of your doers.
"How much weight did you lose this week?" or "Do you feel better?" are two examples of an assessment.

To Create an assessment isoBlog choose either a Cognitive or Operative task form.

Create your Location, Goal and Hypothesis just as you would for any other isoBlog.

When you get to the Details tab, go to the 'Type' field and choose 'Assessment' from the drop down menu.

Once you save your Details, isodoit.com will recognize your isoBlog as an Assessment isoBlog.

In the Assembler you can add elements if you wish. You are now ready to compose your assessment in the instructions field.

Choose a response from the response menu and then save your Assessment isoBlog. Your Assessment isoBlog is now saved in your isoBlog Library for future use.
(Note: click on the '?' symbol in the response field to view all your response options.)

You can add your Assessment to any isoBlog.
Go to your isoBlog basket and use the basic search. In the 'Type' drop down menu, select 'assessment'. You will see a list of your Assessment isoBlogs to select from.

From the list of matches in your isoBlog basket, choose the assessment you want to use.

Return to the assembler page and select the isoBlog from the 'select an assessment' drop down menu.

At the bottom of your Create page you will see a tab that reads: 'Task Overall Assessment'. You can use this feature to add Assessments isoBlogs to any new isoBlogs you wish to create.

Using the radio buttons, choose from one of the four assessment options.
