Mustard Seed

Summary: Making disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Step 1

As a reminder, in the market of the 'The Economy of the Kingdom of God' you can invest in the Fruit of the Spirit and receive the:

Love that you always wanted to experience and the ability to love others more fully.
Peace and Joy that you have worked so hard for, but could not find or sustain.
Goodness, Kindness and Gentleness that you have hoped to develop toward others and yourself.
Faithfulness required to overcome the nagging fears and doubts that are preventing you from turning your visions into realities.
Patience and Self Control you need to deal with life's difficulties and the people who deliver them!

Are you ready to learn how to use this tool to make a sound investment?

Step 2

You may invest in any fruit you choose and you may invest as much as you like. Your investment will increase according to two factors:

a) The size of your investment, represented by the amount of time you commit to doing the Mavitents you select.
b) Your level of genuine obedience to the two instructions required to enter the market (as stated in the first Trail, "The Market").

Are you clear on the conditions required to increase your investment?

Step 3

The Lord of the Market offers a very clear description of why many investors lose their seed investment while others enjoy fruitful gains. In Mark 4 he informs us:

"The farmer plants seed by taking God’s word to others. The seed that fell on the footpath represents those who hear the message, only to have Satan come at once and take it away. The seed on the rocky soil represents those who hear the message and immediately receive it with joy. But since they don’t have deep roots, they don’t last long. They fall away as soon as they have problems or are persecuted for believing God’s word. The seed that fell among the thorns represents others who hear God’s word, but all too quickly the message is crowded out by the worries of this life, the lure of wealth, and the desire for other things, so no fruit is produced. And the seed that fell on good soil represents those who hear and accept God’s word and produce a harvest of thirty, sixty, or even a hundred times as much as had been planted!”

Do you agree that Mark 4 offers key insights into how to make sure that you do not lose your initial seed investment?

Step 4

This tool will work like a drill to take the seed of your investment in God's Economy (His word) and work it:

Past the footpath of the overwhelming amount of information coming at you each day.
Beneath the rocky soil of the unexpected issues that keep distracting you from pursuing the word of God and his Kingdom.
Beyond the thorns of the worries of this life, the lure of wealth, and the desire for other things so no fruit is produced.
Finally, this tool will take the seed of your investment and bring it to the "good soil represented by those who hear and accept God’s word and produce a harvest of thirty, sixty, or even a hundred times as much as had been planted!"

Do you agree that you are subject to losing the word of God as our Lord describes in Mark 4?

Step 5

Do you also agree that a tool, when used correctly, helped you to hear, accept and apply God's word would be not only be very useful, but essential, to your life in Christ?

Step 6

Now, are you ready to make your first investment?

If 'Yes', go to the Navitent titled 'Today's Investment'.

(Note: so that you can make an investment any time you like, 'Today's Investment' is set to appear on your 'DAY PLAN' each day for the next year. If you wish to remove it, go to the 'Scheduler' and select Rremove'.)
