Go to the 'video' icon above and watch a surprise contestant shock the judges and audience on the British version of 'Idol'.

Let us know what you thought about her voice when you've finished.

What was the first thing that jumped in your mind about Susan when you first saw her?

What did you think of her courage to sing despite the audience and judges who were mocking her?

Consider how the singer clung to her view of her strengths, refused to give into the mocking, and wowed everyone in the process.
