Step 1

Welcome to The Next Step.

Why this way and not what you've been doing?'s the thing. We can tell you something that will help you feel more confident or lead you in a better direction, but how long can you hang onto what we've said?

Not many people can. We can't. A mentor can talk to us, but we forget it and go back to the old way. A video can show us, but we zone out in the middle of it.

Action, though, makes the message stick. Working it out each day with a step-by-step guide helps make us different people. We get a little smarter each day when we follow the steps. It gets easier to avoid the stuff that's tripped us up in the past.

It's really that easy. Well, sort of. If you simply follow the steps and do the tasks you're asked to do, then bit by bit and day by day, things start changing. You start changing.

It's the action on your part that sinks in and becomes a way of life. When you do the hard thing for yourself, you own the victory.

That's what The Next Step is about - you owning the victory. We just shed a little light each day to help you get there.

Yeah, we know. Wonder Woman is a superhero who isn't even real. But you are real.

Hear us out. She may be fictitious, but it doesn't change the truth about what she said.

Like Wonder Woman, we realize that inside each of us there's good and bad - but so much more - "a choice each must make for themselves."

Nobody can take away the best part of you. have a choice to make. You can join others much like you who have embarked on this journey. Like they're doing, will you head for that part of yourself that knows there's "something so much better" out there than what you've experienced so far.

Or you can follow the old way.

The steps of our "GPS" will guide you where you want to go but only if you follow them every day without exception, including weekends and holidays.

Don't get off track for any reason. The "GPS" will do the rest.
