Why this way and not what you've been doing? Well...here's the thing. We can tell you something that will help you feel more confident or lead you in a better direction, but how long can you hang onto what we've said?
Not many people can. We can't. A mentor can talk to us, but we forget it and go back to the old way. A video can show us, but we zone out in the middle of it.
Action, though, makes the message stick. Working it out each day with a step-by-step guide helps make us different people. We get a little smarter each day when we follow the steps. It gets easier to avoid the stuff that's tripped us up in the past.
It's really that easy. Well, sort of. If you simply follow the steps and do the tasks you're asked to do, then bit by bit and day by day, things start changing. You start changing.
It's the action on your part that sinks in and becomes a way of life. When you do the hard thing for yourself, you own the victory.
